The Dunes: Grounded in Simplicity and Strength*

The lower portion of the tower embodies the timeless elegance of the desert dunes. With its clean, minimalistic lines and a play of light and shadow, this section reflects the serene dominance of the dunes. The design relies on subtle textures and organic forms, creating a sense of stability and connection to the earth.

The Sky: A Transparent Beacon of Guidance*

The upper part of the tower rises as a transparent double-glass façade cube, symbolizing the vastness and clarity of the sky. This element is designed to be a guiding light, both literally and metaphorically, offering unobstructed visibility and a sense of openness. Its lightness contrasts beautifully with the solidity of the dunes-inspired base, creating a harmonious balance between earth and sky.
